Terms of Service
These terms govern access to Piramyd products, including the dashboard, API, billing and related services. If you create an account, subscribe or use an API key, these terms apply to you.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Piramyd, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase a subscription or use the API.
2. Accounts and Responsibility
You are responsible for your account, API keys, billing activity and all usage generated through your credentials. You must keep your credentials secure and use the service only for lawful purposes.
3. API Usage & Limits
We may apply fair-use controls, abuse prevention, rate limits, model restrictions and operational safeguards at any time. Automated scraping, intentional overload, credential sharing, reseller abuse or any attempt to degrade service quality is prohibited.
4. Subscription Billing and Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable by default. Purchasing a subscription reserves platform capacity, provider routing and service availability for your account.
A refund may be considered only in cases of severe and demonstrable service degradation materially preventing normal platform use. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original payment date.
Refunds are not available if the account has already used 1,000,000 cumulative API tokens or more, regardless of plan, billing cycle or claimed issue. Token usage is measured using Piramyd's internal usage records.
Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without first contacting Piramyd support may lead to account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your lawful inputs and outputs to the extent permitted by applicable law and the upstream providers involved. Piramyd does not claim ownership of your prompts or generated content solely by virtue of processing them.
6. Availability and Changes
We may update pricing, plans, provider access, model availability, limits, routing, features and product interfaces at any time. Some models or features may be limited by plan, region, provider health or internal rollout status.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, Piramyd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data or third-party provider interruptions.
8. Contact
For billing questions, refund requests or legal notices, contact Piramyd support through the official support channels available in the dashboard or on the website.
